If you have purchased an MP3 album or a Programme of Study will linked MP3 files you should have automatically received an email with a download link.
If you don't have a link you can very easily download your files from your members account area, just follow the instructions below.

1. You need to be logged into you member account. Go to my.abd.dance See images below OR here is a direct link login.

2. You need to find the product that has the files linked to it. If it's not visible in the list summary view, please click on 'view more' to see more products.
3. When you see your product in the list click on 'View Details'
4. You are in the product area - Now click on 'Downloads'
5. Here are your files. Usually they will be compressed .zip files. You can download these to your own file system and then 'unzip' unpack the .zip files to your own folder system.
